At Yummy Yoga we know that pregnancy and childbirth can present the greatest challenges in a woman's life. During our 6 week course of classes, you will practice yoga postures to help you stay fit, healthy and flexible throughout your pregnancy. Whether you have practised yoga before or not, you will get a good workout and blissful relaxation! We don't believe one type of birth is better than another. Whether you're being induced, going for an elective C-section, water birth or home birth, we teach a variety of techniques including breathing, meditation and relaxation which will help you to feel calm and in control throughout. You will also have plenty of opportunity to meet other local Mums-to-be and share any worries you may have in a friendly and supportive space.
